Financial Policy
At Grand River Endodontics we strive to provide the best care at a reasonable fee. The fee for your endodontic treatment is based on the fee guide from the Ontario Dental Association for Dental Specialists. At your first visit to Grand River Endodontics we will discuss the probably number of visits, their length and the fees involved.
Payment is due upon completion of treatment. If the treatment necessitates more than one visit, then we will require half of the total payment after the initial treatment visit. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac Debit and cheque.
Insurance
For patients that have dental insurance, we will submit predetermination information to your carrier on your behalf using an electronic system, however we do not accept direct payments from insurance carriers. Our staff will be happy to assist in the submission of your insurance claim on your behalf and you will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance carrier.
